The Cabins at Roy Lodge
These six historic cabins are nestled in the woods surrounded by Norway Pines and uniquely situated on the shoreline of Roy Lake. They are located within our Roy Lodge Resort, offering the seclusion that only a boutique resort can offer.
On-site amenities include an expansive sandy beach with fishing docks and boat slips for rent, fire pits overlooking Roy Lake, outdoor grills, picnic tables and a playground area. Additional Grand View Lodge Resort amenities include a sand beach on Gull Lake, a heated indoor pool with a 110’ water slide, whirlpool, fitness facility, restaurants, 3 championship golf courses, tennis courts, shuffle board, horseshoes, beautiful gardens and fine retailers.
Each cabin will be professionally managed by Grand View Lodge which has been offering property management services for privately owned resort property since 1997. These cabins are zoned Commercial Waterfront, meeting all state and local rental requirements, and offer 40 nights of owner use during the peak season (defined as May 1st and October 31st of each year).
These spacious 1+ bedroom cabins offer approximately 750 square feet complete with a master suite, great room and gourmet kitchen all with exceptional lake views.
